Zewelry Jewelry Guarantee
All Zewelry jewelry comes with a one year warranty, from the date of the original purchase, against any manufacturer’s defects that compromise the structural integrity of the jewelry. Zewelry reserves the right to inspect an item that is in question. At Zewelry's discretion, we will repair or replace the item that is under warranty. If for any reason the item in question has been updated or discontinued, Zewelry at its option, will offer a replacement with a similar item or issue a store credit towards another item of equal or greater value. Original receipt and order number must be presented for warranty to apply and customers must maintain the original order number and receipt in order to facilitate any warranty work in the future. Warranty will apply only to the original purchaser. Work performed on Zewelry jewelry by anyone other than Zewelry will void any and all warranties, expressed or implied. Any items that display damage due to excessive wear and  tear, abuse or misuse will not be covered under the warranty, therefore voiding the warranty. Items left at Zewelry for more than 30 calendar days after a customer was notified of warranty/services needed or rendered, will be considered abandoned and Zewelry will not be responsible for abandoned items. A Service Authorization form must be submitted in order to facilitate a jewelry repair or warranty. The Service Authorization Request form is located at the Customer Service Center area of www.Zewelry.com.

Availability of Merchandise
Zewelry is a manufacturing jeweler that specializes in personalized and custom jewelry designs. Therefore, once an order is placed, all orders are custom manufactured to customer's order specifications, then shipped. For most order, please allow approximately 14 business days to manufacture and process all orders, plus shipping time. Items that need customizing or modifying beyond the specifications, may take a little longer. Some orders may ship more quickly, but each piece of jewelry is created by hand to your specifications after you place your order. Special orders may take up to 6 business weeks, plus shipping time. All orders will ship via USPS, Federal Express or UPS with signatures required at time of delivery. Zewelry will notify you via email of your shipping confirmation number.

Expedited RUSH Services
Expedited rush services may be available for certain items. Rush services are quoted along with delivery times on a case by case basis. Rush fees must be approved by a Zewelry associate at the time the order is placed. Fees and delivery time may vary due to Zewelry's production schedule. Rush fees are non-refundable and irrevocable once the order has been placed and initiated. Zewelry rush fees will not be waived if Zewelry ships the order for timely delivery and failure by the shipping carrier will not result in a refund of the rush service fees on the order. If a shipping carrier does not deliver on the date scheduled by the carrier, shipping fees (not rush fees) may be adjusted on a case by case basis. However, shipping delays due to weather or other justified reasons by the shipping carrier will not be eligible for refunds or adjustment of shipping fees. Zewelry will always do its best to fulfill its obligation and ship your order in a timely manner for a promised delivery date. Zewelry is responsible for any failures by a shipping carrier.

Zewelry Jewelry Information and Policies
All Jewelry is set in sterling silver,  14K or 18K. The jewelry's carat content (i.e. .925, 14K, 18K) will be stamped on the jewelry when space allows. Industry acceptable stamps are used for both Sterling Silver and Gold. Sterling Silver stamps include but are not limited to .925, SS, Sterling, Sterling Silver. Gold stamps will include but are not limited to 14K, 585 (European standard for 14K), 18K, 750 (European standard for 18K). All white gold jewelry and some silver items will have a rhodium finish applied to provide a protective coating and a lustrous finish. Rhodium is a durable and precious metal in the Platinum family and can be re-applied, if necessary, in the future.

Product Images
The images featured on our website may have been altered, reduced, or enlarged. All images are intended to represent the general design elements and appearance of the item. Due to constant product revisions and design improvements, Zewelry reserves the right to modify its designs. This may include but is not limited to prongs, shanks, chains, clasps, and any other components or design elements. If you have specific requirements, please be sure to advise us while placing your order.

Custom Designs & Special Orders
Zewelry reserves the right to make available for sale any and all custom designs that we have made for customers at any time and at any price. These designs are copyrighted works of Zewelry and remain the property of Zewelry, unless the customer purchases the original files, silver model(s) and mold(s) of the design, along with the transfer of copyrights in a written and notarized agreement.

Zewelry will not begin production unless the order has been paid in full. Please allow up to 4 to 6 weeks for all Special Order items, unless advised otherwise.

If you do not see an option on our website, like smaller and larger ring sizes, shorter and longer necklaces and bracelets, and stone color/size/shape modifications are available via special order and are quoted on a case by case basis. Orders requiring special order modifications must be placed via telephone by a Zewelry associate only. Discounts and/or promotional codes are not applicable towards orders placed via telephone.

Return Policy & Restocking Fees
We want you to be ecstatic about your purchase. Zewelry is a specialty manufacturing jewelry company of custom personalized jewelry designs. Many, if not most of the items we make are custom made to your specifications and may not be eligible for a return, please see below for return eligibility.

Return Policy:
All standard items carry a ten (10) calendar day return policy, exclusions do apply and some items are subject to a restocking fee. Please see below for return exclusions and restocking fees.  All returns or exchanges must be completed and sent to Zewelry within 10 calendar days of merchandise delivery to customer. You must request an RA # (Return Authorization) prior to shipping your return. The RA form is located at the Customer Service Center area of www.Zewelry.com. All return packages must clearly display this RA# on the outside of the box, or the package will not be received and will be refused. Rush fees and Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds will only be credited in the same manner as the original payment. For credit card purchases, the refunds will be posted to the original card that was used for the purchase. No exceptions. If a free shipping coupon/promotion is used when placing an order, and an item eligible for a return/exchange is returned/exchanged, Zewelry will reserve the right to process the return/exchange, less a $12 shipping fee. Refunds are generally issued in 15 business days.

Return Exclusions: 

*Excluding: No returns or exchanges for special orders; personalized items; engraved items; items that include a personalized name; monogram; initials or numbers (single or multiple); images and logos; ladies rings below a size 5 and above size 8; items that have been sized or altered by a third party; damaged merchandise; apparel. These items are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable and are considered a final sale. Gift certificates are non-refundable and can not be canceled once purchased.

Restocking fees of 20% will apply to the following conditions:

Items not returned in brand new and saleable condition and/or show any signs of any wear.

Ladies ring sizes below a 6 or above a 7.

Men's ring sizes below a 9 or above a 10.

Items returned without the original packaging, or if original packaging is damaged or altered. (Original packaging refers to jewelry gift box and outer box).

Zewelry will apply restocking fees to items that are ordered for viewing purposes. Zewelry will advise the customer via email. Returns need to be carefully packed and we recommend the original shipping boxes if possible. PLEASE NOTE: SOFT SIDED PACKAGING ALLOWS FOR EASY DAMAGE IN SHIPPING. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND RETURNS BE SHIPPED IN A CRUSH PROOF BOX TO PREVENT DAMAGE. For your protection against loss during shipping, please make sure to insure your return package (with either the US Postal Service or UPS) for the full value of the product. Please include a copy of your original invoice along with a note explaining what you would like us to do (return, exchange or modify).

Unauthorized Returns or packages sent to Zewelry
Zewelry will not accept packages that have not been previously authorized for delivery. You must obtain either a Return Authorization, Service Authorization or an Exchange Authorization number in order to send a package back to Zewelry (please email info@Zewelry.com to obtain these authorization numbers along with original order number and the nature of the problem). If a package is inadvertently delivered and/or opened by Zewelry and does not have the proper authorization number present, Zewelry, as a courtesy, will contact the customer to make arrangements to send the item back to the customer. This applies to packages delivered past the allotted authorization time period. Unauthorized items left at Zewelry for more than 30 calendar days will be considered abandoned and Zewelry will not be responsible for abandoned items. All returns or exchanges must be completed and sent to Zewelry within 10 calendar days of merchandise delivery. If an item arrives to a customer damaged or customer states the wrong item may have been shipped, Zewelry must review the item(s) before we can proceed with a solution. Zewelry must be notified within 24 hours of the delivery date, in writing, by completing a service authorization request form located under the Customer Service Center link. All packaging must be kept in order to file a claim. Once Zewelry has determined that the item arrived in a damaged condition or the wrong item was shipped, Zewelry will offer a replacement of that item or a refund, whichever the customer chooses, unless the item is not eligible for a return, these items are only eligible for a replacement or service under the Zewelry warranty.

Modify an existing order
Once an order has been placed and you have completed the checkout process, an order can not be changed. You will need to cancel the order and place a new order. You must request a cancelation by completing the cancel/change order form located at the Customer Service Center area of www.Zewelry.com. See below for Zewelry's order cancellation policy.

Order Cancellation Policy
Our commitment to process orders as quickly as possible is a high priority. Once an order is submitted, processing begins immediately. Once an order is submitted, no changes can be made. Once the checkout process is completed our order processing department is immediately notified to begin the order fulfillment process. Special Orders (which include custom orders), and personalized items that are cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a 35% cancellation fee (per item) of the original price (prior to discounts) since we have started processing and designing the item to your specifications, there are no exceptions. All other orders that have been cancelled prior to shipping will be assessed a non-refundable $25.00 order processing fee per piece. Non special order wedding sets will be charged $25 per ring in set. Sizing fees and rush fees are non refundable in addition to the early cancel fee. You must request a cancelation by completing the cancel or change order form located at the Customer Service Center area of www.Zewelry.com. Gift certificates are non refundable and can not be canceled once purchased. Rush fees are non refundable and can not be canceled once an order has been placed.

Shipping
In an effort to protect cardholders, all items must be shipped to the cardholder's billing address. Customer may not reroute packages, carrier is advised to return package to Zewelry and customer will have to pay to reship package to customer. Most packages are shipped via USPS, Fedex or UPS. Second day air shipment options are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, 2-3 days depending on your area. Next Day Air shipment option is shipped via Priority Mail Express, 1-2 days depending on your area. Fedex and UPS options are available upon request prior to order shipment. Zewelry reserves the right to ship via alternate carriers as needed. Signatures may be required for proof of delivery. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping and handling fees to or from Zewelry. Any charges a customer attempts to charge to Zewelry for any shipping fees to and from Zewelry, will be charged back to the customer and it will be the customer's responsibility to pay. This cost may be charged to the customer's credit card on file and/or deducted from any fees, if a credit is due back to customer. If a package is lost in transit, Zewelry reserves the right to replace or provide a store credit for the original purchase price. This decision is made at Zewelry's discretion.

Payment Policies
Since all jewelry is made to order, items must be paid in full prior to production. Your card will be charged at the time the order is placed. We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express for all orders within the United States Canada. Shopping at Zewelry with a credit card is safe. Our secure server encrypts your credit card information during transmission to protect your privacy.

International Orders
Zewelry can only accept the American Express Card or bank wire transfers, as tender for international orders, excluding Canada. Most international shipments cost US $40.00. Some countries like, but not limited to, Australia and New Zealand may have additional surcharges. When placing an order, please see the shipment costs to your Country prior to completion of your order. International customers are responsible for their country's duties, taxes and any applicable brokerage fees imposed by the carrier or customs. Any and all charges incurred by Zewelry resulting from, including but not limited to, customer's refusal to pay such fees will be charged to customer's card on file used to make the original purchase or deducted from the refund, if item is eligible for a return in accordance with the terms and agreements of the Zewelry policies. Shipping fees will be non refundable and new charges will be applicable for reshipment, if necessary.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is collected only on orders shipped to a location within the state of Florida.

Refusal of Service
Zewelry reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time at our discretion.

Pricing
Zewelry reserves the right to correct any incorrect pricing that may be posted on our website.

Privacy Policy
Privacy is taken very seriously at Zewelry.com. Our privacy policy is simple. We will not provide, rent, or make available in any way, our customer information to any parties outside of Zewelry.com and it's family of companies. Period!
